My current client already has some kind of data steward, but just making someone the data steward obviously doesn't do the job! Our main obstacle is finding responsible data owners from the business side, this now got a lot easier, because we have a dedicated person to find these, but still is a great challenge.

I'm transforming operations by digitizing data from letters and behavior observations, using OCR and NLP for letters and a structured format for observational data. In the Data Vault model, Hubs represent core concepts like Children and Gifts, Links track relationships, and Satellites capture detailed descriptions. This strategy ensures data integrity, caters to the seasonal business model, and upholds privacy standards. Focusing on scalability, data backup solutions, and a dashboard for insightful analytics, I'm also providing comprehensive training and documentation for Nick and his team. Excited to see how this transformation enhances efficiency and data-driven decision-making! Thanks for the fun idea for the challenge.
